Payment methods:   We prefer credit card payments via PayPal.  To use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express (via PayPal), click on the "Add to Cart" signs throughout the web site, then click on "View Cart" and follow the instructions once you are ready to check out.  If you prefer to send a personal checks, just email me for instructions rather than placing an order through this site.

ShippingWe charge a flat rate of $5 per order, regardless of your order size.  Each order can only be sent to one shipping address.  We ship via USPS - Typically via Priority Mail, but sometimes First Class or Parcel Post depending on the order weight, distance to travel, and turnaround speed.

Gift Orders:  If you are shipping to a gift's recipient, you can e-mail me with a gift message you would like included.  Most items are attractively packaged in a cellophane bag.  An enclosure card will be enclosed at no charge.

Tax:  Virginia residents will be charged 5% tax.

Turnaround Time:  Orders can generally be completed within a few days.  If you have a tight timeline, feel free to e-mail me for an estimated ship date/time.

Other products and designs available:  The designs shown on the web site are a sampling of what is available – if you are looking for something specific that you do not see (or want to modify one of the options shown) we can probably do it… Just ask!

Return Policy:   We want you to be happy with your Castle Goods purchase.  If for some reason you are not, please contact us, and we will try to make you happy.  In general, we do not accept returns on personalized merchandise unless the item is defective or there was a mistake in completing the item as ordered.  Please order carefully, as we cannot be responsible for mistakes or misspellings that occur at the time of order.  However, if you are unsatisfied, e-mail us and we will determine whether we might give you a refund or replacement item.  If applicable, we will determine the method of refund (typically a check), and shipping is not refundable.  If this mistake was our fault, we will pay for shipping for the item to be returned to us.
